Store and scope

victek.ai is operated by vicTek LLC, trading as vicTek AI. These terms cover purchases of digital music and merchandise through this store. Separate AI applications and subscriptions, if offered, have their own applicable terms.

Orders and payment

Provide accurate contact, payment, and shipping details and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Prices, currencies, product specifications, and available options appear on product pages and at checkout. Review the order total, including applicable taxes and shipping, before paying. Product availability may change. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unfulfilled item as appropriate.

Digital content and intellectual property

Unless a listing expressly grants additional rights, a music purchase grants permission to download and listen for personal, noncommercial use. It does not transfer copyright or authorize resale, public redistribution, uploading the purchased files for others, or commercial use. Contact us for licensing requests. Nothing in these terms restricts rights granted by applicable law.

Merchandise and delivery

Review size charts and descriptions before ordering. Display settings can affect the appearance of colors; this does not excuse defective or materially misdescribed products. Our shipping and refund policies explain fulfillment and issue resolution and form part of these terms.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the store, interfere with its security, submit fraudulent orders, or infringe others’ rights. Customers must have legal capacity to make their purchase or the involvement of a parent or guardian as applicable.

Corrections and service availability

We may correct errors in listings. If an error affects an existing order, we will contact you to resolve it, including cancellation and refund where appropriate and permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability.

Privacy and consumer rights

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. These terms do not exclude nonwaivable warranties, statutory remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Policy updates apply prospectively and do not remove rights attached to earlier purchases.
